Leadership is a major focus of our school. All our students can become positive leaders and the majority of our intermediate students have one or more leadership positions.  These positions include office helpers, classroom monitors, assembly leaders, crossing guards and teacher helpers.

At Ross we are focusing on technology to support our teachers and students.  Our students have full access to technology to support their learning.  We are a wireless school with  with full classroom computer networking.  We also have a COW (Computer on Wheels), which includes a rolling cart with laptops.  We also have a class set of iPod Touches for our classes to use for a wide variety of integrated projects.  Most classrooms are equipped with wall mounted televisions, document cameras and projectors.
