ROSS ELEMENTARY WEEKLY NEWSLETTER

Friday February 27th, 2026.

A Message from Your Principal, Mr. Frew

Hello Ross Families,

It’s hard to believe we are already just two short weeks away from Spring Break! The days are full, the energy is high, and our students continue to impress us with their enthusiasm and growth.

Our Grade 4/5 Basketball season is officially underway, and the kids are buzzing with teamwork, effort, and school spirit. A huge thank you to our families who are supporting our student-athletes as they develop skills, confidence, and sportsmanship. We are proud of the way our players represent Ross.

Across the school, classrooms remain busy with rich learning experiences, collaborative projects, and continued focus on our HEROIC attributes:

  • Healthy Choices
  • Eager to Learn
  • Responsible
  • Owner of My Behaviour
  • Individuals
  • Communication Skills

As we head toward Spring Break, we will continue to encourage students to finish strong, support one another, and take pride in their growth.

Thank you for being such an important part of our Ross community. The partnership between home and school makes all the difference.

Let’s keep being HEROIC, Ross!
