A Message from Your Principal, Mr. Frew

Wheels Day – Tuesday, June 23

We are excited to host Wheels Day on Tuesday, June 23!

Students are invited to bring their bicycles or scooters to school. Bikes and scooters may be dropped off Monday after school until 3:30 p.m. or Tuesday morning before school. All wheels will be stored safely in the gym during the day.

Please note:

• Yes, decorate your Wheels at home and make them look awesome!
• Bicycles and scooters only
• No motorized or electric bikes
• Helmets are mandatory for all participants

If your family has an extra bicycle and helmet that could be loaned to another student for the day, we would greatly appreciate your support.

We look forward to a fun and active day of riding together!

Lost and Found
 

Please come and check the lost and found.  Any items not claimed by the end of next will be taken to good will.

Books

We have lots of book remaining.  Please come in and help your self to as many books as you can.

Reminders

Parking

If you are driving your child to school, please park on the street and walk to get your child. If you are dropping off using the bus lane, please be aware that the bus arrives 8:45am and you need to be quick about the kids getting out of the car. If you drop off in the lane closest to the road, please have them exit onto the grass and use the crosswalk to cross the street. Please do not park and leave your vehicle in the bus lane.

Absences

If your child is going to be absent please use the Safe Arrival which can be found on the Ross website - https://ross.abbyschools.ca/safe-arrival . If they are late, please come and check in at the office. If you are not going to be riding the bus, please also let us know that you are picking up your child. Our phone number is 604-856-6079.
