Emergency Comfort Kits

May is our safety awareness month.  As part of our emergency preparedness, (earthquake, natural disaster, etc.), we are asking you to supply a comfort kit, which will help your child be more comfortable while away from you.  See pictures below of the items needed. These will be kept in an emergency bin on site while your child is at Ross.  These items can be purchased at either at a Dollar store, Walmart, Canadian Tire, etc. 

The comfort kit will consist of:

1. a large ziplock bag with your child’s name and division on it
2. a note from you to your child
3. a picture of your family
4. emergency blanket
5. rain poncho
6. a small comfort toy
7. snacks
